Clean interdental spaces thoroughly before brushing teeth.

Use the Colgate Total Interdental Brush on its own or with the cap as an extended handle.
Use the thumb recess to grip the brush firmly and clean the interdental spaces with 3-4 gentle forward and backward movements.
Rinse brush after use and protect with handle as a cap. Replace weekly.
